Kakapo Information Reports

We have been busy writing Kakapo information reports over the past 2 days. Isla was lucky enough to be able to be the first in the class to publish her writing on Google Slides.

How can we contribute to a free play environment in the school paddock?

Our inquiry this term links to developing our school as an Enviro School. Our aim is to create an environmentally friendly free play environment in the school paddock. Each classroom will be developing an area.

Today we went for a walk through the school paddock and thought about what we could do as a class to contribute to this area. Just being in the paddock sparked many ideas!

Cross Country

Today was the Gore Main School cross country! We all ran really fast and completed the track in good times! This year we had hay bales to jump over and the high jump mat to slide on...we even had a bit of mud to run in too! We loved it!

Well done to all of those children who completed the run and a special congratulations to those who gained placings in their age group!
